Strong thixotropy ability, wide PH application scale, easily dispersible, excellent hot stability and compatibility. The series have Non-toxicity, odourless, soft texture, excellent thixotropy and stability. Water bentonite thickener rheological agent (inorganic gel) is natural alminosillicic acid, magnesium silicate thickener rheological agent. Its main basis is hydrophilic high purity (modified) montmorillonite, its gel is familiar with the gel products of America Vanderbilt Company and Gel Company Veegum or Magnabrite. In water coatings, emulsion plaint, toothpaste, cosmetic, rubber, commodity chemicals, it is widely used as suspending agent, thixotropic agent of paste, stabilizing agent of emulsion, thickener; in pharmaceutical industry, it is used as caking agent of flaky drug, disintegrating agent, drug stabilizing agent; in special casting coating and various ceramics colored glaze coating, it is used as suspending agent and thixotropic agent of base stock.
The series products’ performance is better than singly using CMC.HEC and other organic polymer. Products are equipped with below features:
Strong thixotropy: the thixotropy index was 6.0
Wide PH application scale: in PH5-12, it can express thickening function.
Easily dispersable type: no need pre-gel and polar solvent coatings.
Stability: excellent hot stability.
Compatibility: have well compatibility in alcohol and high polar solvent coatings (such as glycerin, sorbitol)
